Definitely not the worse but just made me feel like I was a burden to her. Cons: Overall ok I will rent again but wish I could have been more comfortable. Budget would not give me a receipt. We had to wait in line for over an hour to pick up our rental car, with one person in the ticket window, and everyone was hot, and sweaty.
They have an extra deposit not advertised of dollars in addition to taking your money for the rental amount upfront. The car was fine, but not advertising about that sizeable of deposit is extremely unprofessional especially as a traveller stuck in a different city. Will not be doing business with budget again.
The drop off process is terrible and I never got my deposit back. I haven't heard back if there is any adjustments etc on my car rental I will rate again after. It was a terrible experience! Counter people were great, but their customer service line seems incredibly incompetent. They treat you like crap, very unprofessional. We had to cancel our trip. We were refused a credit or a refund of any kind. Come to find out, I thought I was booking with Dollar, but it turned out to be Expedia, then was told it was Carrentals. The staff were great, there was a mistake on the reservation and he corrected it for us. Paid much more then expected, but never did this before.
