Product special ordered in September was defective. They would not replace it right away. Now, 2 months later I am supposed to have my new console delivered.

However, the checks were cashed without delay. Other reviewers said basically the same thing. Customer Service is non existant. This one was worse. I had them take both back as demanded a refund.
