You will learn about ABA and the application with people with autism. You will work closely with the other staff and learn a lot! Very close teamwork! Supportive and knowledgeable leadership. Learn something new everyday. Don't waste your time here. The directors here are like a mean girls clique, they run the school and will just toss you away when they are done with you and without explanation at times.

They will belittle you at any cost just to show they are "higher" up than you. There is a lack of training to deal with the high intensity situations. The pay is very low and not worth it if you are getting into ABA. The staff as a whole is not friendly, you have to walk on eggshells because everyone is gossiping. Everyone looks miserable and being here I know why.

Go somewhere else to works that makes you happy because this job will suck the life out of you. Pros Working with Autistic kids. Cons Directors, Pay, Breaks, Dynamic as a whole. Approach with caution! The director only cares about profit. You are asked to do things that are unsafe and unethical on a daily basis.

There is no room for growth and unless you are friends with the director you will not advance. The benefits are horrible. Pros None.
