Fantastic Experience! This was my first time using a moving container so I had no idea what to expect. I did a ton of research and I ultimately decided to use UNITS because they seemed to have high quality containers and a process for loading and unloading the container that didn't make me cringe like some of their competitors. I called in to inquire and Belinda was very responsive and helpful to any question I had throughout the entire process it couldn't have been any smoother. They were super transparent about all of their fees so there were no surprises.

The day of the container arrival I received text messages about the status of my driver so this was great, it kept me in the loop the entire time. The container itself was very solid and the method in which they move the container was great none of my stuff shifted. The driver was also very friendly and courteous. I can't recommend them enough! The UNIT was delivered as promised, actually earlier than the scheduled time. It was clean as a whistle given that it's white on the exterior.

The interior was clean and odor free as well. The guy who delivered it was super personable Tanner. Love that they are an Austin company providing a service for the community. Love the fact that they aren't taking advantage of people with the "no contact phrase" that PODS is doing where they make no contact with you upon delivery or pick up if they deliver at all during their scheduled window of time - my experience.

Not least I want to commend your team of workers. They arrived early this morning, so immediately to work and, except for a short and well-deserved lunch break, worked steadily until both buildings were completed. I have already given one of your brochures to a friend who was interested in what I have been planning, and I am assure you that I will have nothing but positive things to say about your service, your buildings, and your work.

I had one of your 12 x 20 buildings constructed last week and am very happy with it. Construction was done in one day by a very competent and professional crew. The building exceeds my expectations and the two workmen were excellent craftsmen and very nice. Please feel free to include me as a satisfied customer and I would not hesitate to recommend your buildings and more important your employees.
